Here is another company which has defied the market trends and bagged the 5 year contract with JTI( Japanese Tobacco Inc).

“Our 17-year relationship with Orange Business Services is built on trust and mutual success” this quote from JTI CIO tells us a lot as why Orange has defied the market trend of outsourcing.17 years relationship  is too long period and  with time, relationship’s are built.
